Cannot speak highly enough of Star. She is a true professional and very dedicated to her clients- even staying in contact while on vacation! She has helped us with our house search and after we decided not to buy at this time, Star was great at dealing with the property management company that the rental was listed with.

I can’t say enough good things about Star. She was the perfect agent to help me sell my property. This was my first sale and she guided me through it without any issues. While I got annoyed and anxious during buyer negotiations, she kept her cool and continue to give me good advice. She was always responsive and no question was too small. Do yourself a favor and get her on your team!

Star did an outstanding job in selling our home in Keller. She implemented a marketing plan tailored to our situation which generated competing offers within four days after listing. The offer we accepted was above the listed amount and we closed well within our planned timeframe. Needless to say Star was a pleasure to get to know as well as work with to get home sold. Star was able to get us both what we wanted. He wanted to be as close to the city life, I wanted the square footage and we both were set on a price limit. She was able to find us a home that made us both very happy. She never seemed to lose her patience after all the viewings that didn't cut it. She answered every question we had with great timing. When she didn't know the answer herself, she went to the right people to find it for us. That would be the only reason I give her a 4/5 in process expertise.

If we hadn't had Star helping us we may not have made it to completion. We were purchasing in Ft Worth from out of state, heading for our retirement home. Star assisted us all along the way with sound advice, professional handling of sensitive issues and being knowledgeable and friendly through the entire process. Star is very nice and patient. She is hard working and makes sure you have all the information you might need. I appreciate that she was willing to communicate in the best way for her customers, which for us was text and email. She didn't try to force phone calls when it wasn't necessary and the process was very easy. I would highly recommend her.
